Delivery Information
There is a standard delivery charge of £4.95. Free delivery on all orders over £35. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days and delivery may take 3-5 days but is often sooner. Occasionally where items are unusually heavy, fragile or valuable a delivery surcharge will apply. Where the standard delivery charge varies, this will be clearly stated in the delivery information box prior to payment and checkout.


Furniture Orders
All items for sale under the furniture section of the website are dealt with separately.
For orders over £600, two man delivery is free for England and Wales. For orders under £600 and for deliveries outside of England and Wales, please refer to our delivery charge map.

Q: Do you have an actual store I can visit?
A: Yes we do, we are based in Dartmouth, South Devon.

Q: What are you opening hours?
A: Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

Q: Can I make orders over the telephone, rather than online?
A: Yes, just call us on 01803 832 257. If we are not available simply leave a message and we will call you back.

Q: What do you do with the information you have collected about me?
A: Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers? Can they be used online?
A: Yes we do sell gift vouchers but currently only for use in the shop, please contact the shop directly on 01803 832 257 or sales@distinctlyliving.co.uk.
