Index Plus™ is an enhanced version of the award-winning Index chopping board categorisation system.

Designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types, Index Plus™ contains four individual chopping boards with four matching knives.

Each chopping board is colour-coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for. Each corresponding knife is also colour-coded accordingly.

With Index Plus™ you can prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.

Occasionally where an item is unusually heavy, fragile or valuable and therefore costs more to deliver, a delivery surcharge will apply. This will be shown clearly in the basket page.
