Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you can cancel your order and we will issue a full refund. To do this please tell us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to cancel by email or letter. Please also tell us your order number and name and we will arrange collection of the order for free if faulty or at cost if not. Once items have been received we will process a full refund within 14 days.

We try to check all our items prior to delivery, however please check all goods received and notify us within 3 days of any damage to the items and email us photographs of the damage, please also highlight if there was any damage to the external packaging. We will arrange to collect the faulty item at no charge to you and replace this as quickly as possible where possible or refund if item is out of stock.

All returned goods damaged or not must be returned in their original packaging.

Distinctly Living is unable to offer a refund, accept in accordance with your legal rights when:

We have already provided the service within the cancellation period and you have agreed to this.

The goods have been made to your specifications or personalised.

The items are likely to go off or deteriorate quickly, such as flowers or fresh foods.

The goods by their nature cannot be returned. You have opened sealed CDs, DVDs etc.

Packaging has been removed from your mattress (this is for hygiene reasons).

Self-assembly or full/part assembly of products has taken place, therefore, please fully check your item prior to assembly. Any replacement of shortages to self-assembly products will be supplied free of charge.

Damaged/faulty items have not been reported within 3 days of delivery.
