After use, wash quickly to maintain the pristine quality. Avoid abrasive detergents and scouring pads.
Stains will discolor if left too long.
No chemicals needed for stains - simply leave the item to soak in warm water, or use baking soda, a lemon or orange squash. Bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and water make a great solution too - just add 1 tbsp baking soda to the mug, then a mix of 1/2 cup each of vinegar and warm water.
Soak for two hours, rinse and gently rub off with a cloth if needed. Dishwasher-safe precaution. Use the "gentle," "short wash" or "china and crystal" cycle and a mild detergent.
Don't overload or use hot water above 40ºC (104ºF). Stains may settle as the wash water drains.
