A weathered blue-grey crackle glaze gives the Detroit lamp its distinctive character. The substantial ceramic base has a simple bottle shape, with warm earthy markings and a darker band at the foot, balanced by a softly tapered cream fabric shade. It sits beautifully on a console, sideboard or generous bedside table, bringing texture and a gentle pool of light to the room.
The cream shade is included. The deliberately aged glaze varies in colour and markings from lamp to lamp.
