Spicy Garlic Prawns with Chilli Oil
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup of chilli oil
• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
• 400g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions:
• In a small bowl, whisk together the chilli oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
• In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil mixture and bring it to a simmer.
• Add the prawns and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are pink and cooked through.
